How long until my order is shipped?
Every customer order usually takes 7-10 business days to process, due to order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging.

How long does shipping time take?
Due to our shipping partner and warehouse location, our customers orders usually take on average 5 to 7 business days once shipped to the United States, 10 to 14 days for international delivery. This doesn't include our 7-10 processing days.

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For our shipping partner, it usually takes 5-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For some logistical reasons and our warehouse location, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
